Introduction

Welcome to my personal site! My name is Kateřina Medvědová, and I work as a DevOps engineer — it’s both my profession and my main hobby.

I self-host a variety of services at home and love experimenting with infrastructure, automation, and open-source tools.

Outside of tech, I enjoy photography, 3D modeling in Blender, and flying FPV drones — pretty much anything that lets me combine creativity with technology.

I’m also a strong privacy advocate, both online and offline. In my view, companies these days have far too little respect for user data.

I’m also a huge privacy supporter (both in general and online). It’s more important now than ever to protect your privacy. Too many prying eyes around from governments to companies, everyone wants a piece of your data.
