Introduction
Welcome to my personal site! My name is Kateřina Medvědová. I’m a FOSS advocate, a privacy enthusiast, and a DevOps engineer.
I believe in individual choice, freedom and user-controlled technology. Because of this, I self-host a variety of services at home and spend a lot of my time experimenting with infrastructure, automation, and open-source tools.
I’m also known for trying too hard to keep using old stuff.
Whether it’s my day job or my hobbies, I love working on things that combine creativity with technology. Outside of the server room, I enjoy photography, 3D modeling in Blender, flying FPV drones and exploring great narrative worlds across movies and TV, especially in sci-fi.
